Why Your eSIM May Not Have Arrived

In most cases, eSIMs are delivered successfully. However, delivery may fail for the following reasons:


  • Incorrect email address - This is the most common reason. The email address entered during purchase may not exist due to typographical errors.
  • Full mailbox - The recipient's mailbox may be full, preventing delivery of the eSIM.
  • Rejected by email provider - The email service provider may block the delivery for various reasons.
  • Inventory shortage - In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to insufficient inventory of the purchased product.

What to Do If You Haven't Received Your eSIM

  • If delivery failed for any of the reasons above, you can request to receive your eSIM at a new email address
